We kept hearing the same story from our international student friends: they’d book their university accommodation from abroad, trusting the photos that made the place look perfect. But since letting agents work for the landlord, not the student, those photos often didn’t tell the whole story. When term started, they’d arrive to find issues like mold, property damage, drafty windows, and other problems that were never mentioned.
That’s what motivated us to create ViewForYou – a service dedicated to protecting students from these kinds of surprises. We advocate for your housing needs by viewing university accommodations on your behalf. With video documentation and detailed reports, we make sure you have all the information you need to choose the right place for your university experience.
